Follow the Ghost of von Hellmann's Page. It’ll lead you to the gutted house.
Inside the house you’ll find the Broken Bookshelf. Explore it. Choose "Take a book from the shelf" in the dialogue, continue the dialogue until you’ll see a "Pick up the cross from the floor" option (choose it) and obtain Cross of Einhasad .
