From Lineage 2 Encyclopaedia

Players may use accessories to personalize their characters. With each update new accessories are added, by now there are more than 200 accessories in the game. Hats, masks, hairpins and other accessories will add a special, exotic look to your character.

Overview

• There are accessories with limits, like for a certain race, class, character's sex, or depending on whether character's clan has any property.
• A character has 2 slots for accessories, an accessory may occupy 1 or 2 slots.
• Some accessories have restrictions by selling/passing to other players, or dropping
• Acessories can give a character extra skills, like returning to a town, fireworks, etc.
• Accessories can be temporary. They disappear once their lifetime is over.
• Accessories cannot be enchanted, improved, you cannot add elemental protection to them.

Accessories Types

Hats and Fillets

There are more than 60 different hats and fillets. Some of them can be received as drop, some can be bought in a shop., some can be obtained during events. You can even make some of them yourself.

Masks and Other Accessories for the Face

When you create your character, there are few face options available, and after a while you may get bored with your character's looks. You can change it by adding a mask or a monocle to the appearance. There are accessories which cannot be obtained anymore are they were received during special events.

Crowns and Tiaras

There are about 80 different crowns and diadems. Crowns and diadems often serve to demonstrate their owner's status, like Hero's or Noblesse's diadems, or diadems for the clan owning a castle. Different diadems may be obtained as reward or for killing Raid Bosses.

Other Accessories

Various hairpins, horns, ears and chaplets will make your character unique in the world of Lineage 2.
