If the difference is 9 or more levels, the monster will drop nothing at all. Raid Boss (Lv. 48): A foolish man who could not suppress his powerful yearning to learn the forbidden knowledge that humans cannot attain, and tried to learn the dragons' magic by visiting Land Dragon Antharas alone. Antharas turned the man into a monster for disturbing his rest. Now a hideous creature, the man hates anything beautiful. He curses Antharas in private, but is truly terrified of the dragon.
